In order to win in 2020, we must recruit principled, disciplined candidates who are willing to challenge Democrat incumbents throughout the state of Texas. Our Candidate Recruitment Committee is dedicated to seeking out these incredible individuals and encourage them to help us take back ground in Texas! Here are just a few of the resources the Republican Party of Texas has available for these candidates today!
The Republican Party of Texas is proud to work with the Leadership Institute to offer campaign trainings throughout the state of Texas. The Leadership Institute is a non-profit, non-partisan educational organization dedicated to teaching the most effective strategies for campaigning, fundraising, grassroots organizing, youth politics, and communications.
If we’re going to win in 2020, not only do we need candidates who share our values but candidates familiar with the most effective strategies for voter turnout, engagement, fundraising, and the many other necessary skills to win.
Potential Candidates- if you are exploring whether you might run for a non-federal public office, Texas law requires you to file a Campaign Treasurer Appointment. If you have any questions, please contact Donna Davidson.
