As Accounting Director, Jennifer serves as controller for the RPT. Her responsibilities include all in-house financial reporting and analysis, cash management, all payroll and HR functions, FEC and TEC compliance, annual audits, company liability and health insurance packages, maintain and update accounting software. She works closely with the Treasurer, Executive Director and SREC.
As the RPT Staff Accountant, John works with the Accounting Director to ensure the timely entry, recording and reporting of all RPT revenues and expenses. He also prepares financial statements for management and the SREC, as needed.
As Executive Director, Kyle works with the Chairman to organize and supervise the exceptional staff of the RPT. He is charged with developing a budget and ensuring that there are processes in place to execute the mission of the Republican Party of Texas. Kyle manages the relationships with the party’s outside consultants especially as the party plans for its 2018 State Convention.
Kyle and his wife live in South Austin and have three daughters.
Director of Operations
As Operations Director, Rachel works with the Chairman to implement his vision within each department of RPT. She is charged with communicating goals to the staff and working with Kyle to ensure that they are accomplished with excellence. She manages the Chairman’s schedule, assists with correspondence and communications, and connects with SREC members, elected officials, and grassroots on behalf of the Chairman.
Director of Strategic Partnerships
South Texas Regional Director
As South Texas Regional Director, Cassie interfaces with county parties, Republican groups, and campaigns working in South Texas to increase the Republican presence, particularly with Hispanic and women voters.
As Finance Coordinator, Marissa serves as the primary in-house fundraiser, and works to maintain donor relations. In addition, she works with all fundraising vendors contracted with the RPT, as well as maintaining the Grassroots Club. Marissa is charged with event planning and facilitating all events from start to finish with the RPT.
Party Organization and Primary Election Administration
As Organization Director, Brandon works with all of the Republican County Chairs throughout the state to ensure they have the tools, resources, and support to help conduct the elections across the state and to help organize their Executive Committees. As the Primary Elections Administrator he also helps supervise the conduct of the Primary with the help of the Assistant Primary Administrator, other volunteers, staff, interns, and Party & Primary Counsel. Brandon works with the Operations Director, and others to help with convention training & resources, and to help organize the quarterly SREC meetings & activities.
Deputy Organization Director
As Assistant Primary Administrator, Joanna assists the Organization Director with all things Primary Election related. She receives applications for a place on the ballot from candidates during the filing period, assists with Leadership Webinars, and is in constant communication with the RPT’s County Chairmen to ensure they have the materials needed to run a successful election.
RNC State Director
As Republican National Committee State Director, Kristy directs the state-wide field program that covers voter registration, GOTV efforts, volunteer training and recruitment, and data. She manages the relationship between the national and state party, and the 2018 campaigns in the state. Kristy also serves as RPT’s Political Director and Victory 2018 Director.
Deputy Political Director
As Deputy Political Director, Stephen coordinates between candidates and local Republican parties, and helps manage the political field team. Stephen previously served as RPT’s Director of Asian American Engagement and remains involved in coalition building and management.
Spencer leverages data to guide the field team, and serves as a liaison to campaigns and party activists using data to inform voter contact.
Regional Field Director (Corpus Christi)
As Regional Field Director, Jesse manages all voter contact for the Coastal Bend area of Texas including volunteer recruitment, management and training, voter registration, and coordination between the state party and local activists.
Regional Field Director (Dallas-Ft. Worth)
As Regional Field Director, Joel manages all voter contact for the the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex including volunteer recruitment, management and training, voter registration, and coordination between the state party and local activists.
Regional Field Director (Greater Houston)
As Regional Field Director, Mark manages all voter contact for greater Houston including volunteer recruitment, management and training, voter registration, and coordination between the state party and local activists.
Regional Field Director (CD-23)
As Regional Field Director, Rommel manages all voter contact for CD-23 including volunteer recruitment, management and training, voter registration, and coordination between the state party and local activists.
