We're growing!

RPT Serves

#RPTServes was started in 2016 as a state-wide opportunity to publicly demonstrate our commitment as a party to putting our conservative principles in action!  An opportunity to give back to our communities and demonstrate that we are serious about making a difference in our communities.

When we serve one another, we are practicing what we preach: that limited government and personal responsibility is the key to unlimited opportunity and freedom in our society. Republicans who serve don’t just get up and fight for our values every day just so we can win at the ballot box.  We fight every day because it is our mission to make our communities, our state and our nation a better place to be. The key to outreach is showing Republicans are not just about votes, we are also about values.

Since its inception, Republican volunteers, clubs, groups and county parties in every corner of the state have participated in a number of ways:

  • Crisis Pregnancy Centers
  • State Veteran’s Homes
  • Resource Centers for the Homeless
  • Food Banks
  • Hurricane Harvey or other natural-disaster aid and rebuilding efforts
  • Local community clean-up days

It is our goal to not only have twice a year state-wide days of service, but to encourage clubs and county parties to develop long-lasting volunteer relationships with community outlets

Here are other ideas:

  • Adoption Centers/Children’s Homes
  • Women’s shelters/Dress for Success
  • Habitat for humanity
  • Mentor programs
  • “Lemonade Stand” or other junior entrepreneurial efforts
  • Organizations benefitting veterans who are wounded or struggling with PTSD
  • Volunteer school security efforts
