Dear Texas Republicans,

I hope you’re ready for a year of hard work to keep Texas winning, because I certainly am! I have unshakable confidence that our Republican policies of limited government, personal responsibility, and freedom make Texas a better place for all. This is why our team is already hard at work to be sure Republicans score victories in November’s elections. It’s going to take all of us to keep Texas red, and I hope we can count on your help.

People & Places

I’ve already had the pleasure of visiting with some wonderful people in 2018. Here are a few highlights:

I addressed the Bexar County Young Republicans and enjoyed a wonderful evening at their post-Christmas Holiday party.

I attended the highly successful Collin County Lincoln Day Dinner and delivered a proclamation congratulating them on their county party’s 50th anniversary.

I participated in the Dallas MLK Day parade and greeted the bystanders along the way.

I spoke at the Texas Asian Republican Assembly’s New Year Celebration and gala dinner and had the honor of swearing in their new board.

Report from the Field

Last Saturday, January 20, was designated a National Day of Action in honor of the Anniversary of President Trump’s inauguration. Our team participated by leading five Republican Leadership Trainings across the state, in Harris County, Tarrant County, Dallas County, Nueces County, and Maverick County.

If you missed those, be sure to take advantage of the next RLI training that comes your way!
