Below is Chairman Allen West’s statement in regard to the start of Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation hearings.
“The Republican Party of Texas sends regards and best wishes to Judge Amy Coney Barrett as she begins her confirmation hearing. Judge Barrett is an exceptionally skilled constitutionalist and well qualified to fill the ninth position vacancy on our US Supreme Court. It is unconscionable and constitutionally illiterate for the progressive socialist left to characterize filling a vacancy as “packing the court.
Their position reflects the incompetence and constitutional illiteracy of the Democrat Party. Additionally, Joe Biden’s assertion that the American people don’t deserve to know his answer on packing the Supreme Court is indicative of the arrogant and dismissive elitism of leftists, socialists. The deranged, totalitarian thirst for power by the Democrats is evidence as to why, starting tomorrow in Texas, we must unite and vote against these candidates.”
