The topic of this month's presentation is "The State of Health Care in the State of Texas". We will have two speakers to address the topic. Ms Camille Miller, CEO of the Texas Health Institute, will provide an overview of current health care policy and the challenges that are impacting current and future delivery of patient care in Texas. Dr. Jennifer Chilek, a family practitioner at Stone Creek Family Medicine in Montgomery TX, will focus on the challenges facing primary care physicians and how they are having to adjust their primary care practice model to best serve the needs of their patients.
