Reduce the Rosebush Blocker rule in the Texas Senate to a 60% threshold, as utilized in the US Senate
• In adopting the rules at the beginning of Session, the Senate reduced the Rosebush Blocker threshold to 60%.

Border security and continued funding of “surge” operations by Texas Military Forces including the DPS and National Guard
